I have a technical mindset and can usually figure out how to do most anything technical. I have worked as a technical support agent for internet and cable services. I can walk you through setting up or installing just about anything, including computers, Wi-Fi, routers, iPads, iPhones, Smart TVs, etc. If I don’t feel I can help you with your issue, I will refund your money and make every attempt to refer you to someone who can help.

So, you are the do-it-yourself type. But, you’ve hit a snag and need help figuring out how to get past it. We can share screen and I can give you a tutorial and/or troubleshoot your issue(s).
